Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 27, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. WFD Westford Concrete reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services Provided

WFD Westford Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service descriptions on our website are for general information purposes and may not cover all aspects of specific projects.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by WFD Westford Concrete are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if additional work is required. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as allowed by law.

4. Project Timeline and Scheduling

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, permit issues, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. WFD Westford Concrete is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant schedule changes as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and project requirements. You must ensure that we have clear access to the work area and that all necessary utilities are marked before work begins. You are responsible for obtaining any required homeowner association approvals or easements.

You must inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that could affect the work. Any damage resulting from undisclosed site conditions is not our responsibility.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a period specified in your contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, ground settlement, freezing and thawing cycles, chemical exposure, or other factors beyond our control.

Concrete naturally develops small cracks over time due to shrinkage and temperature changes. Minor hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. We use control joints to manage cracking, but cannot guarantee a completely crack-free surface.

7. Liability and Insurance

WFD Westford Concrete maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In the event of a dispute, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

8. Permits and Code Compliance

We will obtain necessary building permits when required by local regulations. Permit fees are typically separate from service costs unless otherwise specified. All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards. You are responsible for ensuring any work complies with homeowner association rules or deed restrictions.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may forfeit the deposit. If materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for costs already incurred.

10. Dispute Resolution

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your service contract. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

11. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Images and examples shown may not represent the exact results of your project. Your use of our website is at your own risk.
